為滿(mǎn)足持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)的市場(chǎng)需求、提高市場(chǎng)占有率和客戶(hù)滿(mǎn)意度，公司于2006年投資在成都金牛高科技產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)建成設(shè)備先進(jìn)、配套完善、環(huán)境優(yōu)美的現(xiàn)代化新廠(chǎng)區(qū)，并于2008年1月建成投產(chǎn)。新廠(chǎng)區(qū)占地面積30 畝，廠(chǎng)房面積18800 平米，建成多條生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)。通過(guò)設(shè)備更新、技術(shù)改造、管理優(yōu)化和人才引進(jìn)，產(chǎn)品研發(fā)和生產(chǎn)能力、管理水平和運(yùn)營(yíng)效率都得到大大提升。
目前公司擁有一支250余人的穩(wěn)定而專(zhuān)業(yè)的職工隊(duì)伍，其中高級(jí)工程師6人，工程技術(shù)人員18人。公司具有完備的質(zhì)量檢測(cè)手段，具備年產(chǎn)上千品種、1000余萬(wàn)件氣門(mén)導(dǎo)管的生產(chǎn)能力。公司自成立以來(lái)一直注重產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，視質(zhì)量為企業(yè)生存發(fā)展和確?？蛻?hù)滿(mǎn)意度的關(guān)鍵?，F(xiàn)已建立完善的生產(chǎn)流程控制、產(chǎn)品檢測(cè)程序和質(zhì)量保證體系。公司于2003年通過(guò)QS-9000國(guó)際質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證，2008年通過(guò)TS-16949汽車(chē)行業(yè)質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證工作。
我公司作為世界上氣門(mén)導(dǎo)管品種最為齊全的制造商，能開(kāi)發(fā)和批量生產(chǎn)康明斯、通用、福特、克萊斯勒、豐田、馬自達(dá)、本田、五十鈴、尼桑、大眾、三菱、現(xiàn)代、小松、沃爾沃、底特律、卡特彼勒及哈里摩托等系列氣門(mén)導(dǎo)管。產(chǎn)品90%以上出口歐美市場(chǎng)。近8年來(lái)為歐美市場(chǎng)供應(yīng)了5000萬(wàn)件產(chǎn)品。
公司十分注重新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)投入，具備與國(guó)內(nèi)外主機(jī)廠(chǎng)商研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作開(kāi)發(fā)的技術(shù)能力。近幾年先后為歐洲客戶(hù)開(kāi)發(fā)了氣門(mén)搖臂、搖臂軸等產(chǎn)品。同時(shí)，公司為中國(guó)出口缸蓋廠(chǎng)提供預(yù)燃燒室等產(chǎn)品。
公司正投資新建粉末車(chē)間，并根據(jù)國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)高端發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)粉末產(chǎn)品需求，與國(guó)內(nèi)大型粉末公司合作研制新型耐磨、抗磁、抗腐蝕的專(zhuān)用粉末冶金產(chǎn)品，新建粉末冶金導(dǎo)管生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)。同時(shí)我公司有意尋求有實(shí)力的戰(zhàn)略投資者進(jìn)行互利合作。

Chengdu Tianhui Valve Guide Manufacturing Co., Ltd.（formerly known as Chengdu Tianhui Fittings Co., Ltd.）was founded in 1992 and since then has been focusing on R & D, manufacture and sales of valve guides, rocker arms and precombustion chambers. With rapid growth in output and constant increase in demands, we now have consolidated our strength and become one of the world’s leading manufacturers of valvetrain components with most diverse models
To sustain business growth, increase market share and maximize customer satisfaction, we made sizable investment in our new factory located in Jinniu High-Tech Industrial Park in 2006. It covers a total land area of 30 Mu (equivalent to 2 hectares) with a building area of 18,800 square meters. We have accomplished the establishment and smooth operation in January 2008. With a few additional production lines established, it now has been built into modern manufacturing facilities with state-of-the-art equipment, complete logistic support and presentable landscaping. Through equipment upgrading, technological innovation and optimized management and talent recruitment, we have strengthened our R & D and production capability as well as management and operation efficiency。
So far we have developed a well-trained and specialized workforce of 200 employees, including 4 senior engineers and 12 engineering staff and have an annual production capacity of 7 million valve guides of more than one thousand models. Since our founding, we have highly valued product quality and reaffirmed our proposition that quality is the key to business viability and customer satisfaction. Complete process control procedure and testing specification and quality assurance system have been formulated and practiced in every aspects of production. We have relentlessly practiced those procedures and specifications to guarantee consistent quality. Since 2003, we have been certified with and implementing QS-9000 international quality system. Currently, we are working on TS-16949 quality management system certification and are expected to be certified within this year.
As the World’s valve guide manufacturer with the most diverse models, we have the R & D and mass production capability for a wide range of engines, including Cummins, GM, Ford, Chrysler, Toyota, Mazda, Honda, Isuzu, Nissan, Volkswagen, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Kamostsu, Volvo, Detroit Diesel, Caterpillar and Harvey motorcycle. Overwhelmingly 90% of our production has been exported to the US and EU markets. In the last five years, our production has aggregated to 25 million pieces.
We have always attached great importance to the investment in R & D capability and built our own competent engineering team to work collaboratively with major engine OEMs at home and abroad to develop new products. In recent years, we have successively developed new models of rocker arm and rocker shaft kits for OEM in the European market and supply precombustion chambers for export-oriented cylinder head manufacturers in China.
We are taking actions to establish our own foundry and making joint efforts with large Chinese copper manufacturers to develop new abrasion, magnetism and corrosion-resistant metarial and establish brass bushing produciton line catering to the market demands at home and abroad. We also desire to seek strong strategic investors for productive cooperatiion.
